- Refinished in the #39 Motorola livery of Michael Andretti’s 2002 Long Beach Grand Prix-winning car, his 42nd and final race win
- Believed to have been last raced by Michael Andretti at the 2003 Phoenix IndyCar race weekend, then donning the team’s 7-Eleven livery; in the race Andretti DNF’d after making contact with Gil de Ferran coming out of turn one with 14 laps to go while in 5th place
- Used by Michael Andretti’s Team Green for backup and promotional purposes
- Acquired by the Dare to Dream Collection in July 2012 directly from Andretti Autosport; invoice on file
- Today this car is a wonderful display piece; there is no engine or running gear
