Specifications: 98 cc OHV single cylinder, three speeds (four speeds from 1957).
The 98TL was the touring version of Ducati’s 98-cc OHV pushrod series. Less expensive than the sporting OHC models, it was nonetheless economical and lightweight and looked similar. This example is finished in red and described as a nice original, which would benefit from a sympathetic restoration or could be quite serviceable as is.
