444 bhp, 302 cu. in. DOHC V-8 engine, six-speed manual transmission, front and rear suspension with coil springs, adjustable shocks, and anti-roll bars with a live rear axle, and four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. Wheelbase: 107.1 in.

In 2012, Ford revived the Boss 302 name, which was originally applied to the iconic Mustang Boss 302 of 1969, for its track-ready variant of the Mustang GT. The new Boss 302 retained the same displacement and signature graphics as the original and was powered by a 444-brake horsepower V-8 engine, making it capable of reaching 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds. Further adding to the car’s potency, the Laguna Seca package tweaked the suspension to improve the car’s already fantastic handling.

This Mustang is finished in Ingot Silver metallic with Race Red Laguna Seca trim and was purchased new by Sam Pack in March 2011. The interior still wears much of the protective plastic covering that was placed on it for shipping, and it presents in as-new condition. This Boss 302 shows just 119.5 miles and remains as it was when it left the factory. Importantly, the car is also still accompanied by its additional “TracKey” ignition key, which allows the driver to unlock a further increased set of performance parameters for track use only.

This Boss 302 is ready to tackle the Corkscrew at Laguna Seca and continue to live up to its namesake.
