  • Unveiled at the 2005 New York Auto Show
  • A unique concept boasting maximum utility and performance

300 bhp, 4.6-liter SOHC V-8 engine, six-speed automatic transmission, full-time all-wheel drive, independent front and rear coil-spring suspension, and four-wheel hydraulic power disc brakes. Wheelbase: 130.5 in.

Daring to go against the trend of “bigger is better” for sport trucks, Ford’s Special Vehicle Team (SVT) developed the Sport Trac Adrenalin Concept with the idea of crafting a four-passenger pickup with four doors and a four-foot bed into a mid-sized SUV. The Sport Trac Adrenalin Concept was powered by the same engine found in the 2004 SVT Mustang Cobra, which was mated to the same six-speed automatic transmission first used in the Lincoln Navigator, and it was said to be ideally suited for both stop-light drag races and hauling a trailer with up to 6,000 pounds.

This Sport Trac Adrenalin Concept debuted at the 2005 New York Auto Show and was retained by Ford before it was purchased from the company by Mr. Pack in 2010. While the Adrenalin Concept never made its way to full production, some of its styling cues made their way to later Ford production vehicles, and it is a compelling example of what would have been a very stylistic addition to Ford’s lineup. Almost 10 years after its introduction, the beefed-up Sport Trac is still fondly remembered by enthusiasts as a light truck with serious attitude.

This vehicle will run and drive but is not DOT or EPA certified. It cannot be registered for highway use in the United States and is offered on a Bill of Sale only.
