Addendum: This desirable example was originally purchased 27 years ago from Harrah’s Auto Collection in Reno, Nevada. Harrah’s documentation shows that this vehicle is only one of three that was manufactured with the left hand drive and automatic transmission in that year. The vehicle has been shown in numerous JCNA Driver class events and has won numerous first place trophies in addition to winning the Peoples Choice Award. The vehicle has been driven in many Jaguar events, has always been very well maintained and cared for as well it as been garage kept. In 2002, the vehicle was driven from Reno, Nevada to Albuquerque, New Mexico, approximately four thousand miles round trip on a Jaguar sanctioned tour. During the restoration process, the head was fitted with hardened valves and seats. It was upgraded to a 3.8 engine for better performance and handling.
